What Kind Of Wigs Do You Provide?

We provide top quality full wig units that we call Crowns. These Crowns will come in pre-styled and Ready to Wear or a Custom Crown that is constructed and tailored to fit you individually. Each Crown can be curled, straightened, bleached dyed and permed. Each unit is constructed with 2 (lengths 10in-14in) -4( lengths exceeding 26inches) bundles of quality virgin or Raw Southeast Asian hair on a sewing machine. Each one of our Crowns come with 4x4, 5x5 lace closure s or 13x4 lace frontals. We also offer the option to upgrade to 6x6,7x7 along with HD Lace options. To order U-Part/ Flip-Over Units, Please add this note to the "Specifications" section of your order.

Will My Hair Shed?

Since your Crown is composed of 100% human hair, it will shed as your natural hair does which is completely normal but shedding will be minimal due to the high quality of your extensions.

Can My Crown Be Dyed?

Yes. Your Crown is composed of 100% Virgin Hair which means that it is unprocessed and has not been chemically altered in any way. It can be dyed, bleached, permed, straightened and curled. Excessive bleach and heat is not recommended on your extensions without proper care as for these conditions damage the hair. We offer custom Coloring Services to save you the hassle at an additional charge.

I Just Ordered. How Long Before I Receive My Unit?

After you've placed your order, please allow 1-2 days for processing, Ready To Ship Crowns will ship same day when purhased before 5pm est. If purchased after, order will ship the next business day. Custom Crown orders can anticipate a 10-21 business day arrival, as we work diligently to ensure that your Crown is perfect for you! . Weekends and holidays do not qualify as business days.

What is Your Return/Exchange Policy?

We're sure you'll absolutely love your order, as a great deal of care and attention are put into every crown and is TRIPLE checked for accuracy. Therefore, Crowned Queens LLC does NOT accept returns or exchanges. ALL items are final sale.NO REFUNDS. Should you still have discrepancies with your product, you have 30 calendar days to communicate any issues and have the product returned for reparations. On day 31 and beyond, any reparations or accomodations will be null and void.

I'm Local. Can I Pick My Unit Up Instead of Having It Shipped?

Yes. Local Pickup is available at checkout. You will receive notification via email once your order is complete and ready for pickup. Please have your order number ready upon arrival.

How Do I Maintain My Wig?

Proper care is so vital to the longevity and durability of your Crown. Keep in mind the following steps during maintenance. 1. Comb from tip to root to detangle 2. Cleanse with sulfate-free shampoos 3. Rinse with warm water 4. Apply moisturizing conditioners 5. Hang to dry 6. Use serums (not oils) before applying heat 7. Style as desired 8. Remove or cover with satin bonnet when sleeping
